Sunday, November 11, 2012Wharton alumni are invited to attend the latest in the series of Wharton School Executive Seminars on November 11, from 4pm-7pm at the CERT Thales Institute Building, CERT Technology Park, Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi.This seminar will be delivered by internationally renowned management expert Professor Peter Cappelli, who is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. His seminar will be entitled The Leadership Imperatives: Thinking Strategically and Acting Decisively.
Professor Cappelli is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA, and is a Distinguished Scholar of the Ministry of Manpower for Singapore. He is widely published in the field of management, and was recently named by HR magazine as one of the top 20 most influential management thinkers. His recent research examines changes in employment relations in the U.S. and their implications.
